Content Management Approach

Anyone with an interest in ITIL or ITSM can submit content for itsmportal.com.au, simply by becoming a registered member.  We welcome content from all industry players and from companies and individuals involved in implementing or managing service management programs.

Registered members can submit items (like case studies, presentations, white papers and links) on-line throughout the site, for publication.  These items are then reviewed by the site administrator and published, provided they met the site’s publishing criteria

  1. Content that is libelous or offensive in any way will not be published on the site.
  2. Content must broadly relate to IT Service Management or the IT Infrastructure Library.

These publishing criteria are designed simply to protect the site from offensive or libelous content and to ensure the content remains relevant for visitors and registered members alike.

Registered users who build a reputation for providing quality content to the site may be granted “trusted partner” status, which enables them to submit and manage their own content on the site, without review by the portal administrator.   This status is granted solely at the discretion of the administrator and can be withdrawn at any time for any reason.   The portal administrator has the right to delete or move content anywhere on the site, at its sole discretion. The portal administrator also reserves the right to withhold any item from publication for any reason at its sole discretion.  No discussion on these decisions will be entered into.
